Had a fault on a GivEnergy AC coupled 3kW home battery and was getting no joy from multiple companies I contacted, as well as the original installer. Contacted Solar Tech Support and they sorted it really quickly, now working perfectly again, can’t recommend them highly enough, professional and very responsive!
LuxPowerTek Fault Code Index
- Sourced from official LuxPowerTek manuals
- Covers hybrid and off-grid inverter series
- E-codes (errors) and W-codes (warnings)
If your Lux inverter is showing an error or warning code and you need expert diagnosis, a remote diagnostic identifies the cause and recommends the fix — usually within 30 minutes.
Book free Lux diagnosisHow diagnostics workI've spoken to Ron a couple of times with issues with my Givenergy installation. Such a friendly knowledge guy very highly recommended. Thank you very much for resolving my issues
Ron want out of is way to help, nothing was to much. He was very thorough in what he did Very knowledgeable I would highly recommend Ron and his company He did a fantastic job for me. if you have any problems, he'll do his best to help you out and resolve your problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
Ronald was able to organise a brilliant electrician with extensive experience of GivEnergy systems local to me in the SW. I have now got a fully functioning system and suspect that my electricity bill will be substantially reduced or in credit over a year. Also when said electrician discovered an overvoltage in the my local grid, Ronald prepared a very lucid and comprehensive report of the situation which I have now supplied to my local grid. Cannot recommend Ron and Dan enough.
Contacted Solar Tech about my Givenergy battery storage system that wasn't working. Battery status was "idle". Given the company Givenergy had gone bust, I need independent quality technical help. Very patient and clearly very knowledgeable about battery systems Ron diagnosed possible issues and suggested several possible remedies. Worked our way through them and fortunately it began to work. The fault was very specific and only an experienced engineer would have thought to check. Suffice to say I'll be back if I need independent support again. Lastly you only pay if there is a solution. Outstanding.
Made contact for assistance with my GiveEnergy battery that wasn't discharging. Ronald looked at my issue the same day, identified the root cause with a clear explanation of what was going on along with some options on how to remediate the issue. So far my battery is now working and keeping my fingers crossed that it stays this way. Ronald is a very experienced and knowledgeable engineer and I would recommend.
Faults and warnings triggered by problems with the AC mains supply, grid voltage, grid frequency, or meter connections. Warning codes self-clear when conditions normalise; error codes stop the inverter.
