Ron was brilliant. He really tried to help. He spent hours trying to fix our GivEnergy AIO and ultimately it became apparent that it needed parts to fix the BMS management system. Can't access your GivEnergy account?
This is one of the most common problems we deal with for GivEnergy owners. There are three main scenarios: the previous homeowner's account is still linked and they are uncontactable; the installing company registered the system under their own credentials and has since ceased trading; or access was lost following a portal migration or password change.
GivEnergy's standard account transfer process works when the previous owner is contactable and cooperative. When they're not, the process requires evidence of ownership — installation certificates, commissioning documents, or DNO G98/G99 notifications. We help compile that evidence and liaise with GivEnergy on your behalf to recover access.
