We review your details and come back with a clear diagnosis path, usually the same day. For urgent faults we aim to respond within a few hours. We'll suggest the most appropriate service and confirm a time to talk.
The remote diagnostic is £75. This covers the fault identification session, written action plan, and settings validation where safe to do remotely. Most configuration faults are resolved during the session. If on-site work is needed, we quote separately before proceeding — repairs start from £245.
We aim to respond the same day for all enquiries. For urgent or emergency faults, use the emergency repair service for same-day response.
