Questions about the Health Plan

We do a full remote review of your generation data, fault log, battery performance, and system settings. We compare output against the expected performance for your system size and location, check that export limits and charge schedules are correctly configured, and flag any firmware concerns or signs of early degradation. You receive a written report at the end of each check.

Health Plan members go to the front of the queue for any new diagnostic enquiries — the same-day response that applies to standard bookings becomes a few-hours target during business hours. If you need a remote diagnostic beyond the included sessions (Plus), it's booked at the standard rate of £75.

The Health Plan covers remote support. On-site work such as physical solar system repair is quoted separately and at priority rates for plan members. If your check-in identifies an issue that needs a site visit, we'll tell you exactly what's needed and what it will cost before you commit.

No. The Health Plan is billed monthly and you can cancel any time. No lock-in contracts, no surprise charges.
