Simple, transparent pricing know the cost before you commit
Fixed rates, no hidden charges, no call-out fees. Every service is priced clearly — you know the cost before any work begins.
Every diagnostic is a fixed fee. If a fault needs on-site work, you'll receive a written scope and quote before any engineer visits.
Parts are always quoted separately — labour is included in the service fee. You approve all costs before work starts.
If you proceed from a remote diagnostic to an on-site repair, the diagnostic fee is offset against the repair cost.

No hidden charges — how it works in practice
The diagnostic fee is never wasted
When you book a remote diagnostic for £75, you're paying for expert diagnosis. If the fault requires on-site work, you'll receive a written scope and cost estimate before any engineer visits. If you then proceed to on-site repair, the £75 is offset against the service fee — you don't pay for the same work twice.
Parts are quoted separately
Labour is included in our service fees. Any parts needed — inverter replacement, battery modules, wiring, connectors, contactors — are quoted separately once we've identified what's needed. You approve the parts cost before purchase. No surprises on the invoice.
Pricing questions
For remote diagnostics, yes — you pay £75 for the session regardless of outcome. That said, most faults are diagnosed in the session and a clear action plan provided. Some faults require on-site inspection to fully resolve (physical damage, burnt components) — in those cases we explain exactly why and what's needed next. For on-site repairs, if we cannot rectify the fault on the day, you pay the service fee but no additional charge beyond that.
No. The service fee covers labour and travel. Any parts needed — inverter, battery module, wiring, contactor, breaker — are quoted separately once identified. You'll receive an itemised quote and approve costs before we purchase or install anything. This keeps pricing transparent and prevents surprises.
The prices shown are exclusive of VAT at the standard rate (20%). Your invoice will itemise all services and VAT separately. If you're VAT-registered, you can reclaim input tax on qualifying services.
Yes. If your remote diagnostic identifies a fault requiring on-site work, and you proceed to book the repair, the £75 diagnostic fee is offset against the on-site service fee. You're not paying twice for the same work — the diagnostic becomes the foundation of the repair scope.
All work is completed to the highest standard using parts with manufacturer guarantees. Components we install carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 2–5 years depending on the part). Our labour is warrantied for 12 months from completion — if we make an error, we'll return to put it right at no cost. We also work to protect your existing inverter or battery manufacturer warranty throughout the repair.
